Our One-for-All Plant Kofta is a dark brown, neat rectangle measuring 14cm by 3cm, with a meaty looking texture that’s sure to catch the eye. It tastes of lightly cumin spiced, with a mushroomy, meaty flavour and gentle umami notes. The texture is firm, with just the right amount of moisture for a truly satisfying bite.

Free from the 14 major allergens, whilst high in protein and fibre this Kofte is easy to prepare straight from the freezer, simply drizzle with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 12 minutes. There’s no need for mixing or shaping, making it a convenient choice for busy kitchens.

Try serving it on spiced pilaf rice with dill cucumber salad and gluten-free pitta for a complete meal.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

We’re proud to offer FREE delivery on every order over £60, and for orders between £35 - £60, you can pay a flat delivery charge of £6.99. Delivery times and days vary dependent on where you are and what you have ordered. If you set up a trade credit account with us you will be allocated set delivery days each week so you know when to expect your next delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in all major areas across the UK. All of our trucks are multi-temperature which means you will get all your order in one drop. For a few customers outside our usual routes, we deliver using a courier service. If you are not sure if you are on our route give us a call on 01923 249 714 or email sales@vegexp.co.uk.
