These vibrant, semi-circular slices of white radish are naturally coloured a cheerful yellow and dotted with flecks of Sichuan peppercorn. The aroma is sweet and sour, with a lively ferment that tingles pleasantly on the tongue. Sweetness is balanced by a subtle, fiery kick from the peppercorns, making each bite both refreshing and moreish.

The texture is satisfyingly crunchy, perfect for adding contrast to a variety of dishes. Our Innovation chef recommends pairing it with kimchi, bulgogi sauce, gochujang, Korean glass noodles, tofu, tempeh or doenjang.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

We’re proud to offer FREE delivery on every order over £60, and for orders between £35 - £60, you can pay a flat delivery charge of £6.99. Delivery times and days vary dependent on where you are and what you have ordered. If you set up a trade credit account with us you will be allocated set delivery days each week so you know when to expect your next delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in all major areas across the UK. All of our trucks are multi-temperature which means you will get all your order in one drop.
