Introducing the innovative Eat Curious Dry Mince, a dehydrated plant-protein with just three ingredients: pea, fava bean and salt! This versatile ingredient made using plant protein concentrate has a neutral, lightly seasoned flavour and ‘meaty’ texture. The perfect launchpad for all kinds of culinary creativity, it readily takes on other flavours. Eat Curious Dry Mince does not contain any of the top 14 major allergens.
Offering a cost-effective solution, once hydrated Eat Curious Dry Mince will triple in weight. Instructions for use: Soak in water for 30 minutes at a Hydration Ratio Approximately 1:3 (Curious Mince: Water). Drain for 5 minutes. Cook as usual until fully heated through – ideal for a bolognese, chilli or shepherds pie. If hydrating overnight, you can extend the yield to 4 x dry product weight.
As Eat Curious Dry Mince is dehydrated, it can be easily and safely stored in an ambient environment and has a convenient 12-month shelf life.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?
We’re proud to offer FREE delivery on every order over £60, and for orders between £35 - £60, you can pay a flat delivery charge of £6.99. Delivery times and days vary dependent on where you are and what you have ordered. If you set up a trade credit account with us you will be allocated set delivery days each week so you know when to expect your next delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in all major areas across the UK. All of our trucks are multi-temperature which means you will get all your order in one drop. For a few customers outside our usual routes, we deliver using a courier service. If you are not sure if you are on our route give us a call on 01923 249 714 or email sales@vegexp.co.uk.
