Cooking instructions: Don’t defrost before use, cook the still frozen product. Don’t refreeze once thawed.
Steamed dumplings with Dim Sum steamer: arrange dumplings in a bomboo steamer. Pour some water in a pot ant heat. When the water is boiling place closed steamer over the pot and steam for 7-8 minutes.
Steamed dumplings: put some water in the steaming pan and heat. When the water is boiling, arrange dumplings on the steaming board and steam for 6-10 minutes.
Deep fried dumplings: put enough oil in a pot to cook the dumplings covered. Heat the oil to 160°C and then put the frozen dumplings in and fry about 3 minutes.
Microwave: put dumplings in a suitable dish with water (dumplings completely covered). For standard 700 W microwave heat for about 5-6 minutes.
Oven: cover dumplings with sauce and cook in the oven (preheated to +200°C) for about 15 minutes.
Grill: defrost dumplings before use. Cook on moderate heat for 6-8 minutes.
Cooked dumplings: boil in a pot with water for 4-5 minutes.
Pan fried dumplings: lightly grease a frying pan, place the dumplings in the pan and cook on moderate heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom. Fill some water and steam for 3 minutes
