These crab cakes make a classic starter or classy main. Whether you pan fry these from thawed or frozen they seal really well on the outside giving a crispy, authentic texture.

A short, clean ingredient of non-GMO soy, pea and rice, with no additives or flavourings. Perfectly portioned, individually frozen and can be plated up in under 5 minutes. A true taste of the sea, with flaky textures and authentic coatings and batters just like real fish.

Cooking instructions: Do not refreeze once defrosted. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 75°C. Pan-fry: Thaw, pre-heat and lightly oil non-stick pan. Pan-fry for 2-3 mins each side over medium heat.

Bake: Bake from frozen in pre-heated oven at 200°C for 12-14 mins.

Airy-fry: Air-fry from frozen in pre-heated air fryer at 160°C for 10-12 mins.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

We’re proud to offer FREE delivery on every order over £60, and for orders between £35 - £60, you can pay a flat delivery charge of £6.99. Delivery times and days vary dependent on where you are and what you have ordered, but rest assured, after placing your order you will get allocated a delivery day slot, and our customer services team will confirm by email. If you set up a trade credit account with us you will be allocated set delivery days each week so you know when to expect your next delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in all major areas across the UK. All of our trucks are multi-temperature which means you will get all your order in one drop. For a few customers outside our usual routes, we deliver using a courier service. If you are not sure if you are on our route give us a call on 01923 249 714 or email sales@vegexp.co.uk.
